Service and ERP software for IT service providers
The software for IT service providers, from the first ticket to the paid invoice.

Built for IT service providers
Built by an IT service provider who runs on it. Everything that makes up the customer operation, in one place:
One platform, every piece of information
From the incoming request to the report, in one system
The ticket becomes an order, the order becomes an invoice, the payment closes it. No broken data, no double entry, no export into a second application.

Answered briefly
What does IDA cost?
29 EUR per named user and 59 EUR per pool licence per month (plus VAT), all functions included, no packages, no add-on surcharges. Details on the pricing page.
Do I have to give payment details for the trial?
No. You try IDA free for 30 days without storing a payment method. Only if you subscribe afterwards do you choose how to pay: SEPA direct debit or bank transfer against an invoice. No credit card is needed.
Where is my data hosted?
In Germany, operated by S³ IT GmbH, GDPR-compliant and with daily encrypted backups.
Who is IDA for?
For IT service providers and system houses. That is what it is built for, from SLA tickets through inventory and maintenance contracts to the invoice. From the first customer call to the invoice, everything stays in one system with no handover between tools.
Is an ERP included?
Yes, at no extra cost: quotes and orders, invoices including e-invoicing, warehouse with serial numbers, purchasing, banking with SEPA and dunning, and accounting with a DATEV export. If you already run an ERP, the commercial part can be switched off entirely for your tenant.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. The term is cancellable monthly to the end of the month. Entry starts at 3 named users; beyond that you pay only for active users.
Is the application available in English?
Not yet: the IDA interface and support are currently German-language. This site is in English so you can evaluate the product; get in touch if an English interface would be a requirement for you.
