What it does

Reports on tickets, time per user, budget consumption and utilisation

More than 30 commercial reports in five areas: sales, finance, warehouse, purchasing and service

A cockpit with trend arrows and sparklines - development rather than a snapshot

Rights per area and per individual report; purchase prices and margins can be hidden selectively

Output as Excel or PDF

Commission per salesperson and product group - rates are stored, the report calculates on revenue or gross profit, based on the invoice date or the payment date

Filters by period, customer, category, employee, status, priority and contract - in the commercial reports too

Telephony reports where a phone system is connected: reachability per day and per hour of day, answer rate and waiting time, plus how the volume is distributed across the team

Dashboard widgets (my tickets, utilisation, appointments today, tasks, monitoring)

Utilisation calculation with traffic-light thresholds, including leave, sickness and overtime

Excel export across several worksheets

Saved reports - reuse a filter setup

In practice

In practice

A team lead sees utilisation at a glance - as a traffic light that already accounts for leave, sickness and overtime. Recurring analyses are produced from a saved report in one click.

Frequently asked questions

Can I export reports to Excel?

Yes. Reports can be exported as an Excel file with several worksheets (overview, detail, aggregation).

How is utilisation calculated?

From contracted weekly hours, less leave and sickness and taking overtime accrued and taken into account - with configurable traffic-light thresholds.

Can I save filters?

Yes. Frequently used filter setups can be saved as a report and reused.

Can we settle sales commission?

IDA reports it: commission rates are stored per salesperson and product group, and the report calculates on revenue or gross profit, based on the invoice or the payment date. There is deliberately no settlement run - which basis and which moment apply is a decision for the business, and the figures are in the documents.

Does everyone see the numbers?

Only those who should. Rights apply per area and per individual report, and purchase prices and margins can be hidden separately - a service engineer can analyse their own time without seeing gross profit.
