What does changing nothing cost?
Software costs money, and so does the way you work today. For IT service providers the biggest item sits in manual licence billing: in the time it eats and in the quantities that never get billed. Put your own numbers in.

Questions about pricing
Do I still need TeamViewer or AnyDesk?
No. Remote support is part of IDA: the customer downloads a small programme from your portal, runs it, and the session appears in your list with the customer already assigned. There is no licence per engineer and no second subscription. It is based on the open-source RustDesk, and the connection is end-to-end encrypted.
What counts as a ticket?
A ticket is either a case or a commercial document: a single request (email enquiry, fault report, job) or a document with its own number (quote, order confirmation, delivery note, invoice, service report). What counts is what is newly created in that month. Documents migrated from an old system and follow-up versions of the same quote do not count.
How do I pay?
Either by SEPA direct debit on the basis of a mandate, or by bank transfer against an invoice; you choose when you subscribe. The licence fee is billed in advance, additional tickets in arrears for the month just ended.
Are there hidden costs or module surcharges?
No. Every function is included in the price. No packages, no feature tiers and no add-on surcharges. The only variables are the number of users and any additional tickets.
What happens if we have more tickets than included?
Tickets beyond the shared monthly pool are billed at 9 cents each in arrears, capped at 50 % of the running licence cost (the fair-use cap). No nasty surprises.
What is the difference between a named and a pool licence?
A named licence belongs to one fixed user (29 EUR); a pool licence (59 EUR) is shared by changing people, ideal for shift work or occasional use. The included tickets count per licence into one shared monthly pool: 50 per named licence, 100 per pool licence.
Is there a minimum, and how does cancellation work?
Entry starts at 3 named users; beyond that you book exactly the licences you need. The term is cancellable monthly to the end of the month. All prices are net, plus statutory VAT.
Do we pay for inactive users?
No. Only active users are billed per month.
