What IDA does for IT service providers
Tickets by email, web or API with automatic customer matching and SLA deadlines
Maintenance contracts with budget and hourly rate - consumption straight from time tracking
Inventory with automatic hardware sync through OCS and assignment by IP subnet
Monitoring from Checkmk, UniFi, N-able N-central and Server-Eye in one widget - one click turns an alert into a ticket
Remote support built in: the customer runs one file, the session appears with the customer assigned
Telephony with 3CX, Yeastar or STARFACE: the caller is recognised, the call time lands on the ticket
The commercial side in the same system: the ticket becomes an order, and from there the quote, delivery note and invoice - no second ERP
Single sign-on (Keycloak/OIDC) and notifications in Microsoft Teams
AI assistance through n8n: suggested solutions and summaries
Backup, security and cloud licences per customer: Acronis (backup), Hornetsecurity, Bitdefender GravityZone and ESET PROTECT (email and endpoint security), Crayon Cloud iQ, ALSO Cloud Marketplace, Tarox, Cloud Factory and Microsoft Partner Center (Microsoft and CSP licences)
Subscription sync from several sources onto one contract: Crayon Cloud iQ, ALSO Cloud Marketplace, Tarox, Cloud Factory, Hornetsecurity and your own WooCommerce shop - quantities reconciled, additions charged pro rata, cancellations running out cleanly, and IDA writes the invoice
Track GDAP delegations in the Microsoft Partner Center - with a reminder and a ticket before they expire
Service reports created in IDA - signed digitally by the customer on site (tablet or phone), with door-to-door time and an automatically calculated return journey
Software deployment and inventory through OPSI, mobile device management through Relution
Automated device offboarding across several systems (OPSI, Acronis, GravityZone, Active Directory, Relution) in one step
Contracts linked to ecoDMS documents and automation jobs through Rundeck
In practice
A day in service
A customer calls - IDA creates the ticket and assigns it with its SLA. The device involved comes from the inventory (OCS) automatically, the maintenance contract is checked. A monitoring alert becomes a ticket with one click, the fault is fixed by remote support, the documentation is filed in the wiki, the time booked onto the contract. The service report is signed on site and the invoice written under the same order - nothing carried over into a second system.
Frequently asked questions
Can I keep several customers cleanly separated?
Yes. Customers, their sites, subnets and contacts are kept apart; tickets and devices assign themselves to the right customer automatically.
Are existing tools connected?
Yes. IDA connects OCS Inventory and OPSI (hardware and software), Checkmk, UniFi Network, N-able N-central and Server-Eye (monitoring), Acronis (backup), Hornetsecurity, Bitdefender GravityZone and ESET PROTECT (security), Crayon Cloud iQ, ALSO Cloud Marketplace, Tarox, Cloud Factory and Microsoft Partner Center (Microsoft and cloud licences), EGIS (SYNAXON), ITscope and api Computerhandel (catalogue and ordering), Relution (MDM), ecoDMS or Paperless-ngx (documents), Rundeck (automation), Keycloak (SSO), Microsoft 365 and Teams, RustDesk (remote support), 3CX, Yeastar and STARFACE (telephony), WooCommerce with Stripe and PayPal (shop subscriptions and payments) as well as webhooks and n8n. Every integration can be switched on individually.
Can IDA bill cloud licences automatically?
Yes. IDA reconciles the quantities from Crayon Cloud iQ, ALSO Cloud Marketplace, Tarox, Cloud Factory and Hornetsecurity as well as subscriptions from a connected WooCommerce shop, keeps them in step with the contract lines and invoices them in its own ERP - with pro-rata charges for additions during a period. Every source runs onto the same contract, not into separate contracts per vendor.
Where is the data hosted?
In Germany, processed in line with the GDPR.
