Yes. Using the email domains stored on a customer, IDA assigns incoming email to the right customer and contact.

Can I keep several contacts and sites per customer?

Yes. A customer can have any number of contacts (with role and position) and sites; one contact and one site can be marked as the main one.

Is there an account owner per customer?

Yes. A primary and a deputy account manager can be assigned to every customer.

Can customers access a portal?

Yes. Portal access is enabled per customer and per contact - sign-in is password-free through a magic link.
