ADN Cloud Marketplace in IDA: subscription quantities without retyping
If you buy cloud licences through the ADN Cloud Marketplace, the quantities land in your IDA contracts automatically - billing cycle and purchase price included, without reconciling the subscription list in the portal.
BetaThis integration is built and usable, but has not yet run against a production third-party system - it was written against the vendor’s public interface documentation. Expect some follow-up work on first connection. We would rather say so up front than let you find out.

Who it is for
Resellers sourcing cloud licences through ADN who would rather not compare quantities with contracts by hand every month.
Setup: Store the reseller API credentials (a free or standard reseller account is enough), map ADN accounts to customers, map items.
Every integration in IDA has its own switch. Turn it off and it disappears completely - including the columns, filters and reports that belong to it. You only see what you actually use.

Questions about the ADN Cloud Marketplace integration
Do I need premium access?
No. IDA uses version 3 of the reseller API, which is open to free and standard resellers.
Does IDA fetch invoices from ADN?
No - ADN does not release invoice documents through the interface, and the invoice data the API does expose is explicitly not legally binding. This integration therefore carries quantities and purchase prices; the books are kept the usual way.
How does IDA map an ADN account to the right customer?
Manually, once. The marketplace supplies no unique identifier such as a Microsoft tenant ID, and matching company names prove nothing - an automatic assignment could bill licences to the wrong customer.
Is this the same as Tarox?
Technically the same platform (Infiterra BSS), but a separate marketplace with its own access. In IDA they are two separate integrations with separate data, so if you use both, the quantities stay cleanly apart in the same billing run.
